My.cgu.edu is a portal that will allow you to access your personal student information.
With my.cgu.edu you can select content that most interests you.

To sign into the portal please use your CGU network information. Your CGU network user name and password allows you to access CGU email, WFS, on site computer labs, and my.cgu.edu.

If you are a new student you can receive this information from your Academic Department. If you are a current student and do not remember your account information, please visit the http://password.cgu.edu web site.

A pagelet is a box on the portal that contains specific information. There are a variety of pagelets that you can view on the my.cgu.edu portal.

To arrange pagelets in the portal click on the Layout link. Select the specific pagelets you would like to move, then click on the arrow buttons until the pagelet is in the desired position.

To add additional pagelets click on the Content link. Select the additional pagelets by clicking on the check boxes, and then click the Save button. To delete pagelets uncheck the content box, and then click the Save button.

To change the layout to a two or three column layout, click on the Layout link. Under the basic layout section select either the 2 column or 3 column layouts. After you have made your selections, click on the Save button.

If a pagelet no longer appears on your personalized home page, or the Add Content box, the pagelet may have been removed.
My.cgu.edu strives to provide relevant content. Circumstances may require us to remove some content.

My.cgu.edu allows users to customize the layout of their personal home page.
Every PC has different screen resolutions. If you cannot see the entire home page change your layout from a three column layout to a 2 column layout.

There are some required pagelets that are locked into a position.
These required pagelets provide important information to you, the student.

Login times vary and are dependent upon the number of pagelets you have in the Student Home section of the portal.

Your screen freezes during login because PeopleSoft is loading your pagelets. Login times vary and are dependent upon the number of pagelets you have in the Student Home section of the portal. Do not login again or hit refresh. Doing so will only increase the amount of time it takes to login.

When accessing the portal from off-campus, logging in will take approximately 60 seconds. Login times are much faster from on-campus.

Under 30 seconds depending on how much traffic is on the portal.
