Do you receive the error message "Forbidden - Access Denied" when viewing content on the student portal?
 
Are you experiencing problems viewing content on the CGU Student Portal due to a proxy server or firewall?
 
A typical error screen indicating that a proxy server or firewall is preventing you from accessing content on the student portal looks like this:
If you receive an error, it is likely that the location you are trying to access the student portal from is blocking your connection.

This is often a problem when students attempt to connect to the student portal from a work location. The most common resolution to this issue is to connect from home or an on-campus location.
If you are using the internet connection in your home and are still receiving this error, you will need to reconfigure your internet firewall. Please contact the manufacturer or consult the operating instructions to resolve this issue.
